You are invited to take a quiet moment for yourself. 

Mindfulness is about setting an intention to be in the present moment with an open, kind and curious awareness of your surroundings. 

I offer a range of different mindfulness based activities and creative outlets that 

support holistic health and wellbeing.

The practices of mindfulness and meditation have been around for over 3000 years. It is only in the past decades that attention has been drawn back to these ancient methods for healthy living.

Advances in neuroscience are now pointing to the unique and measurable benefits of this nourishing practice. These include but are not limited to:

Personalized Sessions

 

Individual sessions are offered to folks who want to have a personalized one-on-one experience. Topics that are often explored include:

  • Personal growth

  • Stress reduction

  • Acceptance

  • Self-compassion

  • Gratitude

Sessions are billed at $ 40 per 30 minutes and $ 70 for 60 minutes.

Group Meditation

 

Offering uniquely different way to to spend time with with friends and family. Group sessions (2 to 8 people) are a great way to connect with your loved ones on a new level. Build mindfulness and accountability for wellness into your relationships. 

Sessions are billed at $ 100 for a 60 minute session.

Classes are occasionally offered. Schedules and rates will be posted when available.

Singing Bowl Meditation

 

Singing bowls are through to have originated some 3000 years ago. The various metals they are made from vibrate together to produce an incredible singing sound. ​ 

 

This meditation focuses on sound and vibration as well as present moment awareness and breathing. Singing bowls allow us to use sound as a vehicle to experiencing the brain-body connection. You may choose to sit, recline, or lay down, whatever suits your comfort.

Sessions are billed at $ 40 for a 30 minute session.

Wellness Cards

 

Take a moment for reflection by engaging in a mindfulness based activity that guides you through goal planning or decision making. 

 

Sessions are approximately 45 minutes in length and cost $60.

Mindful Art

 

Art classes are offered on an individual and group basis. Here, you are provided with an opportunity to exercise your creative brain in a fun and engaging way.

 

Sessions are offered on a sliding scale, depending on the medium of art, number of people, and the amount of time needed for the project.

Mindful Movement

 

Move to the rhythm of music, stretch, and express yourself though the movement of your body. 

 

This yoga/dance/creative experience can accommodate any fitness level and can be guided or free flowing. 

 

Sessions are billed at a rate of $40 for 30 minutes.
